Welcome home, "Lafayette Gardens", a federally funded New York City Housing Authority Development composed of seven residential buildings, a Community Center and City Health Clinic with more than 2500 residents of all nationalities, ages, races, sexual orientations and income ranges.

The surrounding communities of Clinton Hills & Bed-Sty are minutes away from many of the finest Arts & Education institutions in the country. Clinton Hills & Bed-Sty are thriving, up and coming neighborhoods popular with artists, singles and families.
