*** Finally, I joined residents from the Wa-Greene Block Association for a meeting on Wednesday evening. In addition to several other block associations in the 57th Assembly District, I cannot tell you how proud I am of Wa-Greene. You may remember that Wa-Greene was recently featured in the New York Daily News for a pedestrian safety project they have embarked upon in partnership with the students at Public School 11. The topics discussed at the meeting were website development, establishing a twitter acct and their sponsorship of a dance training residency program at Public School 11. I wish them the very best moving forward.
