On Saturday, March 27th the not for profit community based organization "We Are For Our Children" hosted their annual Easter Party for local youth and their families. The event was hosted in P.S. 270 with children everywhere from all ages, shapes and sizes. Activities were fun and plentiful including "musical chairs" for adults and children alike. The gym was open for basketball, the scavenger hunt and just plain ripping and running around.
The buffet was packed with home style favorites such as fried chicken, collard greens and mac & cheese. Congratulations and thank you to all the members of "We are for our children"
