This innovative program sponsored by the Port Authority of NY & NJ will lead to a certificate in Construction Management and qualifies for 22.5 hours of continuing education.

Federal Incentives Program
Any business that installs a solar electric system on its property after December 31, 2008 is eligible for a 30% Federal Tax Credit on the total installed cost of the system, no maximum limit beginning in 2009. In addition to this credit, the business may take advantage of the 5-year accelerated depreciation schedule for the solar system. If the federal tax credit exceeds tax liability, the excess amount may be carried forward to the succeeding taxable year.
