Lafayette Gardens is a federally funded, New York City Housing Authority Development in Brooklyn West. Our Resident Association is a democratically elected governing body of residents charged with the mission of making a positive difference in the quality of life for all residents and the community. Enhancing the quality of life and providing opportunities to participate in a multitude of community, educational and recreational programs, as well as job readiness and training initiatives.
Anyone needing assistance in preparing thier RFP can contact the Resident Center for editorial and programatic suggestions. The grants are open to organizations in Brooklyn communities doing real work with real people!
