Call the Customer Contact Center (CCC) for emergency repairs in your apartment or in a public space 24 hours a day, seven days a week at: (718) 707-7771.
DO NOT HANG UP WITHOUT GETTING YOUR TICKET NUMBER!
To schedule apartment repair appointments and non emergency issues call the CCC Monday through Friday from 6:00am to midnight. If you contact the Resident Association for assistance resolving an issue, we are going to ask for your ticket number first and formost.
REDUCE YOUR CALL WAIT TIME - CALL DURING NON-PEAK HOURS - Call volume is heaviest on Mondays and the day after a holiday. The best time to call is usually mid-morning, or afternoons after 4 PM.
